BAONIER / QUESTIONS

How should fruit refrigerators be selected to match the actual operational needs of the store?

When choosing fruit refrigerators, it is necessary to first clarify the operational tasks, and then compare the appearance and configuration of the equipment. Taking the example of a fruit store that wants to arrange daily fruits and gift box products more clearly, what needs to be organized first is not how many units of refrigerators are desired, but how bulk fruits, boxed fresh fruits, gift boxes, and different heights of turnover containers should be stored, displayed, and rotated. The form of goods, personnel actions, and equipment functions are interconnected; only by clarifying these conditions clearly can there be a basis for comparison in subsequent plans.

Prepare a representative product list, and list the most common items, the largest sizes, and those with the most inconvenient handling. Categorize fruits based on their preservation requirements and sales forms, then verify the purpose of the freezer, without assuming all fruits will be stored in the same environment. When comparing sizes, include real fruit baskets and packaging to check if picking and displaying prices is convenient. If only giving the supplier a general product name, it is easy to overlook the details that truly affect usage; Bring packaging photos, container dimensions, and the quantity to be displayed, which is more helpful than simply asking ‘which one is the best’.

Suppose bulk fruit baskets are placed in the front row of the fruit refrigerator, and gift boxes are placed in the back row, with the higher gift boxes blocking some price tags. When making adjustments, don’t just focus on color coordination. It’s also necessary to verify that product names and prices correspond to specific items from the customer’s normal viewing position. Such inspections can be completed before confirming the plan, or can be included in the communication with the prototype. When comparing, use the same items and the same operating sequence, and record the differences between each plan. Do not judge suitability for long-term operation based on a single display or a design drawing.

The irregular arrangement of heights helps create a visual hierarchy, but every retrieval process must be convenient; If picking one box requires moving two boxes, a beautiful display will increase the actual workload. You can separate the conditions that must be met, the conditions desired, and the issues still to be confirmed. For example, what must be met are the purpose and on-site installation conditions, what is desired may be a more convenient display method, and the parameters that have not been confirmed should be provided by the supplier with technical details for the corresponding model.

Finally, convert the selection conclusions into a verifiable list: equipment purpose, physical dimensions, main configurations, applicable products, on-site conditions, and subsequent communication matters. Check the fit between the shelves or basket supports, edge guards, and packaging, and identify items provided by the equipment and those prepared by the store. The decoration methods shown in displays should not directly replace the specific storage requirements for products. Price and appearance can only be part of the comparison. Warranty boundaries, maintenance arrangements, and accessory availability should also be discussed before order confirmation. When specific temperature, load, and energy conditions are involved, refer to official model specifications and professional confirmation results.
