BAONIER / QUESTIONS

When the ice platform is delivered to the store, how should the configuration be verified and delivery completed?

The delivery of ice platforms should begin from the order confirmation stage, rather than waiting for the transport vehicle to arrive at the store before temporary inspection. Restaurants want to optimize the actual conditions involved in the display area centered around ice platforms, which need to be clearly specified together with the equipment purpose, configuration, and installation arrangements. Agreement between both parties on the same list helps to verify the appearance, accessories, installation, and usage training separately.

Verify the supply boundaries for the table surface, base, containers, and supporting components. The ice spreading effect in the sample diagram is different from the real business process. It should be confirmed through on-site demonstrations to see how employees carry out replenishment and organization. It is recommended to distinguish in the list between the cabinet or main unit itself, accompanying accessories, items that require on-site preparation, and additional services agreed upon separately. For items not specified, raise questions first and obtain confirmation; do not assume based on items shown in photos that they must be included in the supply scope.

Check the access route, door openings and corners, handling arrangements, and proposed installation locations before delivery. Mark the locations for ice replenishment, container access, and table organization on the same diagram. The ground conditions and related supporting facilities were confirmed by on-site personnel, and it is not possible to completely seal off the areas that need inspection using decorative barriers. If the on-site condition differs from the initially provided drawings, communicate the handling method before installation to avoid discovering that moving parts are unusable or supporting conditions are not completed after the equipment is placed.

If the display containers for the ice platform have different depths, the visual height after laying may be similar, but the actual placement stability varies. The contact methods between the container and the countertop, the organizing actions, and the edge relationships should be recorded separately, and then confirmed with the equipment personnel regarding the compatibility conditions. Therefore, inspection is not only about checking if the surface is intact, but also about verifying key components and operating conditions in relation to the agreed purpose. Regarding the relationships between the display containers, ice materials, zone labels, and representative containers or packaging for independently managed food preparation, check them within the allowed demonstration range; Sections requiring professional debugging should follow the supplier's procedures and not be performed independently.

At the end of the handover, all instructions, configuration lists, and agreed service contact details matching the model must be collected, along with the responsible person and subsequent arrangements for unresolved issues. The visual sense of abundance needs to be combined with convenience in removal and organization; If a large amount of decoration needs to be removed daily to manage the countertop, the layout must be re-evaluated. Keep copies of delivery photos and documents for future reference during maintenance. If discrepancies are found in quantity, appearance, or configuration, record the specific location and communicate promptly; oral descriptions cannot replace written confirmation.
